If, for any reason, you do not qualify for treatment, we will issue a full re-fund for your package cost. Please note, lab fees are non-refundable.

All patients must complete lab tests before their initial evaluation. Typically, follow-up labs are needed 60 days after beginning treatment to ensure everything is on track. Once your treatment is stabilized, lab tests are only required every 6 months.
