Cancelation and Return policy
You may cancel your subscription by logging in to your account, texting our support at (714) 874-8436, or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellation of any subscription is to occur, at minimum, 48 hours prior to your next payment processing date to avoid any unwanted charges or shipments. Once a prescription medication has been processed by our pharmacy, the medication cannot be canceled or refunded.
For all medications that leave the pharmacy, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to government regulations.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and must contact us within two weeks of delivery.
