Cancelation and Return policy
You may cancel your subscription by logging in to your account and emailing [email protected]getzeuss.com. Cancellation of any subscription is to occur, at minimum, 48 hours prior to your next payment processing date to avoid any unwanted charges or shipments. Once a prescription medication has been processed by our pharmacy, the medication cannot be canceled or refunded. For prescriptions shipped overnight, the cold shipping patient is responsible for retrieving the package and storing it in the refrigerator promptly. No returns or refunds are accepted if the patient fails to retrieve the cold medications.
For all medications that leave the pharmacy, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to government regulations.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and you must contact us within two weeks of delivery.
