How can You update, correct, or delete Personal Data? 

You can change your email address and other contact information by updating your information on the Platform. If you need to make changes or corrections to other information, you may email Zeuss at [email protected]. Please note that in order to comply with certain requests to limit use of Your Personal Data, we may need to terminate your account and your ability to access and use the Services, and you agree that We will not be liable to you for such termination or for any refunds of prepaid fees paid by you. You can deactivate your account by logging in and cancelling your account through the Platform. 

Although We will use reasonable efforts to do so, you understand that it may not be technologically possible to remove from our systems every record of your Personal Data. The need to back up our systems to protect information from inadvertent loss means a copy of your Personal Data may exist in a nonerasable form that will be difficult or impossible for us to locate or remove. 

Can You “OPTOUT” of receiving communications from Us? 

We pledge not to market third party services to you without your consent. We only send emails to you regarding Your Zeuss LLC account and services unless We have your express consent to do so.

Information submission by minors

To the extent that Zeuss LLC is subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), it will so comply. If a consumer is a California resident as defined by the CCPA, the consumer may ask Zeuss LLC to disclose to them what personal information Zeuss LLC has, what we do with the information, to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information, to correct inaccurate personal information, to request that we delete your personal information, and to request that we not sell your personal information. A California resident may also request to be notified, before or at the point we collect the resident’s information, of the types of personal information we are collecting and what we do with that information.
