- Identifiers: Name, email, phone number, date of birth, and billing/shipping address.
- Health-Related Information: Medical history and symptoms provided during intake. This may be Protected Health Information ("PHI") under HIPAA and is handled according to our Notice of Privacy Practices.
- Identity Verification & Biometric Data: To comply with prescribing laws, our third-party provider, Persona, collects your government ID and a "selfie". Persona may process biometric identifiers (facial geometry) to confirm your identity. Zeuss does not collect, receive, or store your biometric data; it is processed and stored solely by Persona on our behalf.
- Commercial Information: Records of products or services purchased.
- Device/Usage Data: IP address, browser type, and interactions with our website.
2. Automated Identity Verification
While we do not use artificial intelligence for clinical diagnosis or medical treatment, we use automated technologies via Persona to verify your identity and prevent fraud.
- The Decision: These systems automatically compare your selfie to your ID to confirm they match.
- Your Rights: If an automated verification fails and prevents you from accessing our services, you have the right to request a manual review by a human member of our team by contacting [email protected].
3. How We Use and Disclose Information
We use your data to provide telehealth services, facilitate prescriptions, and maintain security. We may disclose data to:
- Healthcare Providers & Pharmacies: To facilitate your care.
- Service Providers: Such as payment processors and our identity partner, Persona.
- Advertising Networks: We may "share" identifiers (not health data) for targeted advertising. You may opt out of this "sharing" at any time.
4. Your Privacy Choices (Opt-Out Model)
Zeuss operates under a U.S. opt-out framework.
- "Your Privacy Choices ✓": Click the link in our footer to opt out of non-essential cookies and the "sharing" of data for targeted ads.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): We honor GPC signals. If detected, we automatically opt you out of marketing tracking.
- Biometric Opt-In: You must provide explicit, prior consent before any biometric processing occurs during identity verification.
5. Data Retention
- Biometric Data: Persona destroys biometric geometry scans once verification is complete or within three (3) years of your last interaction, whichever occurs first.
- Medical Records: Retained for 6 to 10 years per healthcare laws.
- General Data: Retained only as long as necessary for business purposes.

- CA, FL, TX Residents: You have rights to access, delete, and correct your data, and to limit the use of sensitive information.
