This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy ("CHD Policy") supplements the Zeuss Privacy Policy and applies to personal data defined as "consumer health data" ("CHD") by the Washington State My Health My Data Act (MHMDA), Nevada's Consumer Health Data Privacy Law (SB 370), and the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA).

1. Categories of Consumer Health Data We Collect

As described in our main Privacy Policy, and depending on your interactions with Zeuss (e.g., weight loss intake, hair loss consultations), we may collect the following categories of CHD:

  • Individual Health Conditions & Diagnoses: Information related to medical conditions you seek treatment for (e.g., hair loss, erectile dysfunction, weight management).
  • Medical Interventions & History: Details provided in your medical intake forms, including past treatments and family history.
  • Prescribed Medications: Information about medications you currently use or those prescribed through our platform.
  • Bodily Functions & Vital Signs: Symptoms, measurements (such as weight or BMI), and other health indicators shared during consultations.
  • Diagnostic Testing: Results from any lab tests or diagnostic screenings required for your treatment plan.
  • Identity & Biometric Data: Measurements of physical characteristics (such as facial geometry) processed by our service provider, Persona, solely for identity verification and fraud prevention.
  • Inferred Health Data: Information derived from non-health data (such as website interactions) that could reasonably infer a health condition or interest in specific medical treatments.

2. Sources of Consumer Health Data

We collect CHD from the following sources:

  1. Directly from You: Information you enter into our intake forms, surveys, or chat features.
  2. Automatically: Through your use of our Services (e.g., cookies and pixels that track your interest in specific treatment pages).
  3. Third-Party Providers: Such as Persona (for identity verification) and clinical laboratories (for test results).

We collect and use CHD for the following purposes:

  • To Provide Services: Facilitating medical consultations, prescriptions, and identity verification.
