Cancellation & Return Policy

One-Time Purchases & Subscriptions

Zeuss offers both one-time purchases and subscription-based services. The following policy applies to all orders unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellation & Medical Consultation

  • You may cancel your order before scheduling a Telehealth appointment for a full refund.
  • If you are deemed medically ineligible for treatment after provider review, you will receive a full refund.

After Telehealth Consultation

  • If a Telehealth appointment has occurred and the order is canceled, a $60 medical consultation fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Missed Telehealth appointments incur a $30 missed appointment fee, unless canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance.

Prescription Medications

  • Once a prescription medication has been approved and processed by the pharmacy, the order is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • Once a prescription medication has shipped, it is non-refundable and non-returnable, even if unopened.

For medications shipped overnight or requiring refrigeration:

  • The patient is responsible for prompt retrieval and proper storage.
  • Refunds or replacements cannot be issued if medications are compromised due to delayed pickup or improper handling.

Laboratory Testing (Quest, Tasso, and Others)

  • All laboratory testing services, including but not limited to Quest Diagnostics and Tasso at-home kits, are non-refundable once ordered.
  • Lab fees cover third-party services, testing materials, and processing and cannot be refunded, regardless of whether the labs are completed.

Returns

Due to federal and state regulations:

  • All prescription medications that leave the pharmacy are final sale.
  • We cannot accept returns or provide refunds once medications have shipped .

Exchanges (If Applicable)

  • Replacements are issued only for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to report the issue.
  • Photo or video evidence of the damaged or defective item may be required in order to process a replacement.
  • Replacement eligibility is determined after review and confirmation.

Subscription Cancellation (If Applicable)

For subscription orders:

  • To avoid future charges or shipments, subscriptions must be canceled at least 48 hours before the next billing date by logging into your account and selecting Cancel.

Agreement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • Prescription medications and lab services are non-refundable once processed.
  • Medical consultation fees apply once a Telehealth visit occurs.
  • This policy applies to both one-time purchases and subscriptions, where applicable.
